1967 Triumph T120R
This is a '67 Triumph T120R that we were trusted to design and build. We were given free reign with the bike and all the client requested was that it be built to keep the bike more period correct than modern. We custom built a rear hard tail frame that bolted to the stock front half and made a custom seat with mounts off the top union. A BSA oil tank was sourced then cut apart to use the Triumph internals for correct oiling and a Moon 3 spoke cap and bung top it off. The tank had a recessed gas cap and bung installed before being sent to Mathias Airbrushing for the antifreeze green and black to be laid down on the tins. Buchanan Spoke laced the black anodized Sun Racing hoops to modified Triumph hubs while Excelsior provided the tires. Bike was wired very minimal, without battery, so ignition was handled by a Joe Hunt magneto with period correct looking cloth covered wires. Stainless exhaust, 4 Aces Cycle handlebars and a few other off the shelf items were used to wrap up the build but everything else was custom made.
